This is a layout which I have designed myself. The reader shuffles the deck well, first making sure all cards in the deck are turned right side up. Once the deck is thorougly shuffled, hand the deck to the client and have them shuffle it while concentrating on the question at hand.

When the client is ready, begin to lay the cards out, from left to right, in an arched shape like a fan. You should lay ten cards out in the first arch.
Coming back to the left again, lay three cards in a smaller fan inside of the large arch. You are now ready to begin interpreting.
The first card represents what has brought the client to you in the first place. It can be the question itself, or it can refer to something which has happened that has forced the client's hand in the matter.
The second card often refers to the actual person or event which forced the client's hand.
The third card shows the mettle of the client, based on life experiences which have affected the person's strength and decisiveness.
The fourth card demonstrates tests the client has recently undergone of his/her strength and ability to weather the storm as regarding the question.
The fifth card warns of possible negative consequences of not dealing with the situation at hand in the proper fashion. Proper being dictated by karma and the client's own integrity.
The sixth card shows tests the client will undergo in the coming days or weeks ahead while working towards the solution for the situation.
The seventh card shows the subconscious desire of the client in regards to this situation. This is not necessarily what the client believes he or she really wishes to accomplish.
The eight card shows outside influences in the situation, and gives a fresh perspective from the outlook of the other people in the client's life.
The ninth card represents the postition the client would like to occupy once the situation has been solved to his/her satisfaction.
The tenth card represents the outcome of the situation as the current path of the client leads to it. This can be changed by any alteration of the client's course of action.
The eleventh and twelfth cards give suggestions as to how the client can overcome the situation at hand. These may be reinforcements of other things in the reading.
The thirteenth card gives an idea of the amount of time it will take for the situation to come to a head and the client to solve the question.
